Easy Onion Focaccia


4 cups spelt flour

7g/0.25 ounce dry yeast

1 tsp salt, 1tsp brown sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/3 cups warm water

1 sautéd onion


➡️Mix and knead all the ingredients listed above in a bowl, until you‘ve got a nice dough.

Cover with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 45 mins (i placed mine next to the heater)

Knead again and place in a baking tray in the shape you want it. Add cherry tomatoes and rosemary.

Bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees F / 200 C
