Vegan Blueberry Muffins

YOU WILL NEED:

2 tsp baking soda

1 cup of flour

1/2 cup grated almonds

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups almondmilk

1 cup blueberries

1/3 cup plantbutter.

METHOD:

  1. Mix all your dry ingredients (baking soda, grated almonds, sugar)

  2. Add almondmilk and plantbutter and mix well

  3. Stir in blueberries

  4. Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees C / 400 degrees .

You can subsitute the blueberries for any other fruit, chocolate or whatever you like!
