CREAMY VEGAN SPINACH DIP

We could eat crispy potatoes from the oven pretty much every day! It’s fun to mix it up by trying new dips!

This coconut-flavoured spinach dip is super quick and unbelievably creamy!


YOU WILL NEED:

1 small onion

2 garlic cloves

80g coconutmilk

500g chopped, frozen spinach

salt and pepper to taste

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with a little water

  2. Add frozen spinach and cook until hot

  3. Add coconutmilk

  4. season with salt and pepper
