This coconut-flavoured spinach dip is super quick and unbelievably creamy!
YOU WILL NEED:
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
500g chopped, frozen spinach
salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet with a little water
Add frozen spinach and cook until hot
season with salt and pepper
