VEGAN BANANA BREAD

YOU WILL NEED:

2 Chia eggs (Combine 2 tbsp of chia seeds with 5 tbsp of water)

1 cup medjool dates

1/2 cup almondmilk

3 ripe bananas

1 banana for decorating

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 cups spelt flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract



METHOD:

  1. blend medjool dates and almondmilk in a high speed blender

  2. mash your 3 ripe bananas and add to blender

  3. add chia eggs and acv to blender and blend everything

  4. in a big bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla extract and stir

  5. add wet ingredients from blender to the dry ones in your bowl

  6. combine everyhing

  7. pour into baking pan

  8. slice banana for decorating in half and lay on top of mixture

  9. bake for 50 - 60 mins at 180° C or 350° F
